Dispatcher

About the Role

• Prioritize incoming and backlog service calls. • Assign and dispatch technicians to service calls. • Collaborate with Service Managers to address open calls. • Respond to customer and internal inquiries. • Create and distribute required reports. • Communicate proactively with customers about missed SLAs. • Review all incomplete calls daily. • Verify nightly “on‑call” crew entries. • Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule with Service Managers. • Remain calm under pressure.
