About the Role
The role requires adherence to safety rules, policies, and procedures, working collaboratively with teammates, maintaining a clean work area, following all company guidelines, communicating professionally with supervisors and customers, and supporting the shift lead on punch‑list items while using proper personal protective equipment and presenting a professional appearance. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees • Maintain clean work area • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules • Take direction and respond to supervision • Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortage • Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items • Use proper personal protective equipment • Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms • Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area • Sweeping and mopping floors • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests • Take directions from Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager • Coordinate activities with other internal departments • Participate in team meetings • Prioritize safety and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
