Candidates should be able to operate or learn to operate haul units and related equipment, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and established procedures, and be capable of performing essential physical tasks in an industrial environment. Reliable work habits, teamwork, adaptability, situational awareness, and sound judgment in a dynamic setting are also required. Employment is conditional on passing a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; some positions require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated drug and alcohol testing. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
