About the Role
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Ensure a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed.

What You Bring
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus); bachelor’s degree preferred.
