About the Role
The Site Manager role is based in Ashford and covers sites across Kent and East Sussex as part of the AMP8 Framework Team. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Flow Monitoring upgrades across 30 Southern Water sites, taking full responsibility for safety, quality and performance standards. • Coordinate work across 30 South East sites. • Lead day‑to‑day site operations, supervising teams and supply‑chain partners. • Plan, control and monitor progress to meet programme targets. • Manage multiple work packages and own associated costs. • Ensure compliance with design information, RAMS and CDM regulations. • Conduct regular health and safety checks and audits. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; report progress and assist with cost forecasting and valuations. • Drive innovation and value‑engineering solutions on site.

What You Bring
• Highly organised and commercially astute, capable of managing multiple workloads. • Skilled at interpreting drawings, specifications and schedules. • Strong leader with proven delegation and problem‑solving abilities. • Knowledgeable in CDM 2015 and NEC contracts. • Experienced in M&E works and temporary works requirements. • Hold HNC or higher in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). • Hold SMSTS, CSCS, EUSR (1 & 2) and TWC certifications. • Certified in First Aid and Fire Marshal. • Proficient in Office 365 and CAD.
