Sr Maintenance Scheduler

About the Role

The Senior Maintenance Scheduler (Daily/Outage) is responsible for developing and controlling discipline schedules, balancing workload with available resources, and ensuring schedule consistency to meet online and outage performance indicators. • Develop and update discipline schedules for planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and execution. • Create detailed, accurate schedules and reports to serve as management tools. • Participate in scheduling meetings to support pre‑planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. • Assist in developing work windows and contingency plans with Work Week Managers, Project Managers, and Cycle Schedulers. • Handle department traveler requests and tracking. • Provide emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience, or SRO license + 5 years, or high school/GED + 7 years; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred qualification: Maintenance experience.
