About the Role
In this role you will ensure that facilities are maintained to the performance standards set out in the project agreements with our clients. You will carry out planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance—both independently and as a support to other tradespeople—covering lighting, power distribution, motors and pumps, as well as working with BMS control systems and PAT testing to support client objectives. • Maintain facilities to agreed performance standards. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on lighting, power distribution, motors and pumps. • Service and repair lighting and power systems, including BMS and PAT testing. • Support client objectives through diligent maintenance work.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must be a qualified electrician with City & Guilds (or equivalent) 18th Edition and AM2 certification, and have reasonable experience in commercial maintenance, particularly with electrical power distribution systems and testing. A valid UK driving licence is required and an Enhanced DBS check will be completed before start‑up. • Hold City & Guilds (or equivalent) 18th Edition and AM2 qualifications. • Experience with electrical power distribution systems; testing experience preferred. • Valid UK driving licence required. • Pass an Enhanced DBS check before starting.
