About the Role
You will be accountable for the area’s financial performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining customer relationships, and driving key metrics such as resource utilization and compliance. The position requires guiding the construction and project‑management teams to complete projects on budget, safely, with quality, and on schedule. Key duties include developing processes that support project delivery from start to finish, directly supervising construction supervisors, managers and project managers, and resolving disputes through negotiation. You will collaborate with back‑office staff to meet reporting deadlines, prepare weekly revenue and cost reports, and manage material, equipment and production costs. Leadership responsibilities cover prioritising projects based on customer needs, evaluating employee performance, fostering career development, and driving a safety culture measured by SSO compliance, MVI, TRIR and DART metrics. Interaction with customers, vendors and subcontractors will also identify additional market‑growth opportunities. • Lead OSP construction operations across Bossier, LA, overseeing underground, aerial and splicing work. • Manage area P&L, financial reporting and compliance with company policies. • Provide leadership and guidance to construction supervisors, managers and project managers. • Develop and implement processes that ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, safely and with quality. • Resolve project disputes through negotiation and collaborate with back‑office teams for reporting compliance. • Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports; control material, equipment and production expenses. • Prioritize projects, allocate resources and manage delivery schedules based on customer needs. • Evaluate employee performance, mentor staff, and promote career development and retention. • Drive a safety culture, monitoring SSO compliance, MVI, TRIR and DART metrics. • Interface with customers, vendors and subcontractors to identify growth opportunities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least five years of progressive leadership experience in telecom construction, strong problem‑solving skills, a hands‑on work style, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are required. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 DOE, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. • Require 5+ years of leadership experience in telecom construction and hands‑on problem solving. • Must possess safety focus, basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (ability to learn custom software).
