About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Fix‑It‑Now (FIN) team and ensure that the Clean Energy Center (CEC) operates safely, reliably, and efficiently in compliance with company policies, NRC regulations, and applicable codes. The leader is accountable for overall FIN performance and alignment with CEC operational goals. The leader oversees the FIN team to sustain safe and reliable operations at the Clean Energy Center, coordinates with operations to address priority work, and ensures all activities comply with NRC regulations and company standards. • Manage FIN team staffing activities (hiring, development, compensation, performance reviews, training certification compliance). • Maintain CEC schedule integrity by handling emergent and priority work and addressing Main Control Room deficiencies. • Plan and execute FIN maintenance during online operation, forced outages, refuel outages, and unplanned power reductions. • Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified personnel using approved procedures and safety policies. • Oversee simple troubleshooting and act as liaison between Maintenance and Engineering for complex issues. • Lead the New Work Screening Committee and keep the work‑request backlog low via the minor‑maintenance process. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, department coverage, and outage support.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a relevant combination of education and experience, including power‑plant and nuclear‑plant exposure, supervisory experience, and must meet industry qualification standards and access requirements. Preferred candidates have supervisory or managerial experience in an electrical, instrument, or mechanical maintenance discipline and hold a current or prior Senior Reactor Operator license or certification. • Meet one of the required education/experience combos (bachelor’s +8 yr, Senior Reactor Operator license +8 yr, associate +10 yr, high school/GED +12 yr). • Have at least 3 years related experience, including 2 years power‑plant, 1 year nuclear‑plant, and 0.25 year on‑site experience. • Satisfy ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 personnel qualification standards and required access/medical criteria. • Possess supervisory or managerial experience. • Preferred: supervisory/managerial experience in electrical, instrument, or mechanical maintenance. • Preferred: current or prior Senior Reactor Operator license or certification.
