About the Role
The role manages the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units, ensuring they meet or exceed annual objectives and successfully implement organizational initiatives. Key duties include designing and implementing operating plans, reviewing market performance, counseling managers on program execution, developing and forecasting budgets, optimizing budget compliance, overseeing personnel functions such as hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation, organizing resources, attending regular Profit and Loss reviews, and maintaining safety programs to comply with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations. • Design and implement operating plans aligned with long‑range objectives. • Monitor market area performance and establish performance metrics. • Advise managers on program execution and adjust work plans as needed. • Develop and forecast operating unit budgets, including financial and HR needs. • Support budget optimization and ensure compliance. • Oversee personnel functions: recruiting, coaching, training, performance evaluation, and input on promotions or terminations. • Coordinate resources to accomplish activities and attend regular P&L reviews. • Implement safety programs to meet DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with four years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with the same experience level. Preferred qualifications include seven or more years of operations management experience, at least three years of team leadership, and expertise in safety, budgeting, and labor relations. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with four years experience. • Preferred: 7+ years operations management experience, at least three years leading a team, background in safety, budgeting, and labor relations. • Physical demands include repetitive motions, coordination, sitting, speaking, and hearing in an office environment.

The salary range is $145,000 to $205,000.
