About the Role
The New Home Consultant guides prospective buyers through every step of the home‑buying journey, from the first contact to closing and post‑closing support, leveraging proactive sales techniques and deep market knowledge to ensure a seamless experience. In this role you will engage visitors, determine their needs, generate and close sales using Lennar’s 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach, maintain model and inventory homes, travel throughout the community to prospect partners, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver smooth transactions. • Engage visitors and determine home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales from self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, and coordinate maintenance. • Travel locally to prospect Realtor/co‑broker partners and generate referrals. • Stay knowledgeable of market trends, community details, and competitor offerings. • Track daily customer traffic using company tools and collaborate with internal teams for smooth transactions. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma (a college degree or real‑estate license is a plus), 1–3 years of new‑home sales or related experience, strong relationship‑building and closing skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools. The position requires regular on‑site presence, the ability to work more than eight hours in a construction trailer, operate a vehicle, read plans, climb ladders, and lift equipment weighing over 50 lb, with occasional use of construction equipment. • High school diploma required; college degree or real‑estate license preferred. • 1–3 years experience in new‑home sales or related field. • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking software. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. • Regular on‑site attendance; ability to work >8 hours in a construction trailer. • Capable of operating a vehicle, reading plans, climbing ladders, and lifting >50 lb. • Occasional operation of construction equipment; manual dexterity for keyboard use.
