About the Role

The Document Controller reports to the Sr. Specialist Document Controller and Project Controls Manager, supporting the Senior Specialist Document Control Administrator within the GSS PMO. This role demands attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and maintaining structured document repositories while ensuring compliance with PMO and client standards. • Maintain structured document repositories and ensure compliance with PMO standards • Issue and track deliverables, aligning them with client templates and CAD standards • Assist in developing and implementing document flow procedures • Organize, categorize, and upload documents into EDMS platforms • Support project reporting and stakeholder communication • Perform periodic reviews of project files for accuracy and compliance • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document processing • Manage urgent deliverables and adapt to non‑linear workflows

What You Bring

Role Purpose: Provide document control support for PMO governance and global projects. The position requires EDMS proficiency, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and 3–5 years of document control experience within engineering or infrastructure projects. • Associate’s degree in IT, engineering, construction management, business administration, or equivalent experience • 3–6 years of document control experience in engineering or infrastructure projects • Proficiency with EDMS tools (Aconex, ProCore, Primavera Unifier) and Microsoft SharePoint • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills • Bachelor’s degree or additional document control experience (preferred) • Certification in document or records management (preferred) • Experience in capital project/program environments (preferred) • Knowledge of design and construction documentation processes (preferred) • Ability to perform QA/QC audits of document control operations (preferred)
