About the Role

As a Human Resources Summer Intern, you will support the HR Team across Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Development, and Recruitment & Retention. You will collaborate, share responsibility, and contribute to innovative solutions and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced, close‑knit team. • Format job descriptions for Benefits & Compensation. • Enter employee experience data into ADP HRIS. • Assign training through the Vector Solution LMS. • Coordinate firmwide rollout and new hire sessions for Core Strengths – SDI. • Assist with implementation and rollout of the Recruitment dashboard. • Clean up entries in the Greenhouse ATS system. • Attend intern education lunch‑and‑learn sessions.

What You Bring

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management; junior or senior year. • Prior internship or related experience preferred. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (lookup formulas, pivot tables, visualizations). • Knowledge or interest in Power BI, databases, or data warehouses (plus). • Strong time‑management and written/oral communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • HRIS and recruiting experience a plus.
