About the Role

The Senior Manager, Segment FP&A serves as a key leader in global financial planning and analysis for all divisions and regions. Partnering closely with finance teams across PES, the role drives efficiency improvements in reporting, forecasting, and the development of analytical tools. The position also oversees an offshore FP&A team and collaborates with divisional FP&A groups, providing visibility to executive leadership. In this role, the manager consolidates and reviews monthly and quarterly divisional forecasts, implements standard work, and enhances accuracy. They lead the Segment SG&A forecasting process, promote cost transparency, and hold cost centers accountable for variances. Additionally, they maintain and improve standard reporting structures, leverage Power BI for visual insights, and supply analyses for strategic projects while championing continuous‑improvement initiatives such as automation and AI. • Consolidate and critically review monthly/quarterly divisional forecasts, improving efficiency and accuracy. • Lead Segment SG&A forecasting, driving cost transparency and accountability across North America functions. • Maintain and enhance standard reporting structures, delivering timely and accurate financial information. • Leverage Power BI and other visualization tools to create impactful financial dashboards. • Provide strategic analyses and ad‑hoc reports to support executive decision‑making. • Drive project execution on strategic and operational initiatives, delivering business and financial insights. • Identify and implement system enhancements, automation, and AI solutions to elevate FP&A processes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and brings at least eight years of progressive finance experience within a global manufacturing environment. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities are essential, as is a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset that thrives in fast‑paced settings. Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work across cultures are also required. Experience with Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or Onstream is highly valued, as is an advanced degree or CPA certification.
