About the Role

• Communicate issues, updates, and department changes to the operations team and affected branches • Monitor parts operations for Houston and designated mini‑branches to ensure steady workflow • Provide support to Supply Counter PCC/Cat Central Support as needed • Oversee, maintain, and distribute key department reports for accuracy and visibility • Maintain the Backorder Report and provide timely status updates to internal and external customers • Monitor and report weekly cash accounts for the Credit Department • Oversee Clover Payments reporting for the Credit Department • Support customer onboarding from PCC and assist with account setup processes • Maintain CDID/DCN associations and update them as needed • Merge or create new CDIDs, DCNs, and CWS IDs to ensure account accuracy • Track orders for Houston and large branches to ensure visibility and timely follow‑up • Associate PCC users and support system access alignment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education optional) • 2+ years of experience in operations or administrative support • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, punctual, and dependable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer service mindset with internal and external support experience • Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks in a high‑pressure environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Bilingual preferred but not required • Experience with AS400 and SIS preferred
