About the Role
The Quality Technical Lead (S4/P4) on the D‑Shift (5:00 pm–5:00 am, Friday–Sunday) inspects all aspects of incoming, in‑process, and finished equipment against company standards, determining acceptance or rejection. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inspection data, reporting results to supervisors, reviewing blueprints and schematics, quarantining non‑conforming material, and assisting in the development of inspection methods and procedures using both paperwork and electronic systems. • Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished HVAC components, determining acceptance or rejection per standards. • Record and report inspection data using QC paperwork and electronic systems, escalating issues to supervisors. • Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings to evaluate parts, quarantine non‑conforming material, and complete documentation. • Help design and implement inspection methods and procedures to maintain product quality. • Work rotating shifts on a fast‑paced assembly line, gaining experience in assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping.
