About the Role

This role provides the opportunity to develop as a technical engineer, working on diverse water infrastructure projects from inception to delivery while contributing innovative solutions that enhance the environment and improve communities. You will be part of a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and technical excellence. • Collaborate with engineers, hydraulic modelers, environmental scientists and technical specialists; liaise with clients to develop scope, price proposals and communicate progress. • Produce feasibility studies, outline and detailed designs, reports and technical specifications. • Provide line‑manager leadership for junior staff, including guidance, performance evaluations and mentorship. • Ensure designs comply with all applicable standards and regulations and supply technical expertise for interdisciplinary analytical studies.

What You Bring

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience. • Proven senior‑level experience in the water sector. • Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE, CIWEM or working toward chartered status. • Experience delivering engineering assessments, options appraisals, calculations or economic appraisals. • Experience with outline/detail design of water or wastewater treatment, flood risk management or drainage schemes.
