About the Role
The role focuses on ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process and collaborating with Service Delivery Coordinators and sales teams to align with client well construction or production objectives and contractual terms. Responsibilities include performing offset job analysis and engineering modeling, designing job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans, documenting calculations, providing on-demand product support, and comparing planned versus executed jobs to drive continuous improvement. The position also requires active participation in field incident investigations, recommending product improvements, delivering sales support, and handling special projects as needed. • Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. • Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand client objectives and commercial terms. • Perform offset job analysis and engineering modeling to assess hazards and incident potential. • Design job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet client goals and maximize revenue. • Communicate risks to clients through appropriate channels. • Document calculations, simulations, and plan revisions for visibility and audit purposes. • Provide on-demand product support and on-call assistance during job execution. • Compare planned vs. executed jobs, capture lessons learned, and recommend procedural improvements. • Participate in field incident investigations and implement corrective actions. • Advise on product improvements for recurring component failures. • Support sales efforts with product application recommendations. • Manage special projects as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, be able to travel and be on call, and thrive in a global matrix organization; desirable traits include extensive operational experience, coaching ability, and proficiency with data-visualization tools. • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning abilities. • Ability to be on call outside normal business hours and travel to rig sites or customer facilities. • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in a global matrix organization. • Significant operational experience. • Comfortable presenting to experienced peers. • Ability to manage, develop, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams. • Proficiency with computer tools for data analysis and visualization. • Capability to work independently.
