About the Role

As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance, focusing on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. You will work independently, often at heights up to 40 feet, and travel overnight as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum age 21 to operate company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with clean record; monthly review • Residence within 40 miles of assigned region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft and using extension ladders • Weight under 275 lb for ladder safety • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Proven ability to work independently with remote supervision • Willingness to work overtime as required • Capability to lift and carry up to 75 lb • Preferred experience: facility/grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route driving, roofing
