About the Role
• Plan, manage, and deliver detailed structural designs with senior checks across transportation and water infrastructure projects. • Provide technical advice and leadership within the Structural Discipline. • Lead projects using design‑and‑construct delivery methods. • Write technical reports, conduct structural assessments, inspections, risk assessments, and develop asset management plans. • Support construction supervision as needed. • Collaborate with project teams and managers to ensure timely, cost‑efficient delivery. • Mentor and develop junior team members.

What You Bring
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional engineer with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects to work collaboratively with our clients and colleagues across Asia Pacific. You will have a chance to work on projects from the initial investigation right through to completion or construction. This opportunity is likely to involve some travel in the South Island. You’ll be a CPEng Chartered structural engineer with at least 10 years’ professional experience in the consulting industry, including multi‑disciplinary design projects. You’ll have experience in water and/or transportation infrastructure projects, ideally including industrial/utility buildings, pump stations, water retention structures, or a solid understanding of transportation infrastructure.
