About the Role

The Sales Support/National Account Team Facilitator works directly with the Sales Operations team and National Strategic Customer Managers (NSCMs). This role oversees the Sales Support email inbox, ensuring timely engagement with the sales organization and coordinating solutions that meet customer needs. Collaboration with internal support teams is essential to fulfill customer requirements. Key duties include monitoring sales support emails, supporting the C360 platform, and driving efficiencies across the sales team. The facilitator assists with rebate processes, prepares RFQs/RFPs, performs pricing match-ups, and monitors price discrepancy reports for compliance. Additional responsibilities involve account clean-ups, Command Center training, and acting as a liaison between NSCMs and other Sunbelt support functions. • Monitor and respond to Sales Support email inbox efficiently. • Support C360 platform for the entire sales organization. • Increase sales team efficiency through continuous engagement. • Assist with rebate processes for strategic and national accounts. • Prepare and submit RFQs/RFPs in collaboration with NSCMs. • Perform cat/class pricing match-ups and ensure accurate rate uploads. • Review price discrepancy reports to maintain compliance. • Coordinate account clean-ups and provide Command Center training as needed. • Serve as liaison between NSCMs and internal support teams for timely responses. • Generate and maintain customer reporting and compliance documentation. • Provide general support for national and strategic customer teams.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in customer service or project management, with equipment-rental experience preferred. Strong sales abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 lb and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and working in various weather conditions. • Minimum 2 years customer service/project management experience; equipment rental preferred. • Strong sales, communication, and detail-oriented organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks as required.
