About the Role
We are hiring a Front Desk Clerk who will ensure every interaction with owners and guests is positive from arrival to departure. The clerk will greet guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, manage payments, handle service requests, maintain the front‑desk area, answer phones and perform other assigned duties. • Greet guests and owners on arrival • Check guests in and out, generate folios and collect payments • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and forward to appropriate departments • Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets with area information • Answer phones and direct calls

What You Bring
• Proficient English language skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Experience as front‑desk or guest services agent (preferred) • Credit‑card transaction handling (preferred) • Background in resort hospitality or related industry (preferred)
