About the Role

The APAC Learning & Development role reports to the APAC L&D Associate Director and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing learning initiatives that boost employee skills, performance and career growth across Asia. The incumbent aligns individual development with company goals, identifies skill gaps, creates materials, delivers training and evaluates effectiveness, acting as a key link between HR and strategic business needs. • Collaborate with the Associate Director L&D, Head of People Asia, HRMs and HRBPs to communicate and embed the regional L&D strategy. • Support the development of a cohesive, structured L&D offering across all disciplines and role levels in Asia. • Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse participant feedback and develop tools to measure return on investment. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives for the Asia region, updating internal databases as needed. • Design, deliver and assess learning programs that build capability and drive performance outcomes. • Create engaging training materials, e‑learning content and blended learning solutions for diverse audiences. • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, teams and external providers. • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and use analytics to monitor and report learning outcomes. • Support organisational change through learning interventions that build readiness and adoption of new processes or systems. • Apply strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements. • Leverage digital learning technologies, virtual platforms and innovative approaches for remote and hybrid delivery. • Manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines while maintaining quality results. • Provide excellent administrative, reporting and organisational support, meeting required deadlines. • Organise processes to handle conflicting timescales and priorities efficiently.

What You Bring

The position sits within the Business Support department and requires professional qualifications in Training & Assessment, Administration or Human Resources, with at least eight years of experience, including three to five years in a similar L&D role within a large, complex organisation.
