About the Role
The Laborer role involves safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center, or landfill. Typical tasks include yard clean‑up, fueling vehicles and equipment, operating vehicles, and maintaining the office environment. • Clean up work areas. • Clean track‑type equipment. • Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick‑up. • Operate site vehicles and equipment such as water trucks, pickup trucks, sweepers, mowers and trimming equipment. • Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks. • Install temporary wind fences as required. • Direct site traffic when necessary. • Use health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Take advantage of employee discount programs. • Participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

Compensation is $30.00 per hour with eligibility for a bonus plan.
