About the Role
The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. This role monitors and coordinates the execution of services and processes related to client‑contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services. The Senior Project Manager works closely with the Account Manager/Director or Portfolio Manager and the building/facility management team, providing detailed progress reports and collaborating to achieve corporate goals for quality, service, cost, and profit. • Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines. • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews throughout all project phases. • Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams. • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise account and facility managers. • Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients. • Supervise and manage performance of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators. • Provide documentation and reports to clients and facility management teams. • Collaborate with building personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals. • Report major issues and recommendations to Account/Portfolio Manager and senior facilities manager. • Obtain approvals for organizational changes and expenditures exceeding budget. • Establish goals and objectives with timetables for supervised units. • Select, hire, delegate, train, develop, motivate, and discipline subordinates. • Implement applicable government laws and regulations.

What You Bring
• Communication proficiency (oral and written). • Technical proficiency. • B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required). • Minimum 7 years in engineering/construction project accountability role. • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing employees.

Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $136,000 to $160,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Pay is competitive and varies based on location, experience, and other eligibility factors, with compliance to minimum wage requirements.
