About the Role

• Cultivate safety as a core company value and support the corporate safety program. • Receive, store, protect, and promptly report shortages or damage to project materials and equipment. • Safely operate assigned equipment and assist supervisors with site logistics. • Assist with electrical installations, blueprint interpretation, troubleshooting, and repairs. • Provide support to other Cinterra divisions and communicate professionally with customers.

What You Bring

The apprentice supports site operations on utility‑scale solar projects, assisting supervisors, foremen, and electricians with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment calibrations. As a registered apprentice, you will enroll in a four‑year program that blends classroom learning with on‑the‑job training to prepare you for journeyman certification. Candidates should be eager to learn, observant, analytical, and knowledgeable about safety protocols. The role is field‑based and requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lb, often in extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, or snow. Flexibility to work long or extended hours, including weekends, and full‑time travel is essential. • Follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate willingness to learn the electrical trade. • High school diploma or GED (preferred); at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States. • Ability to work long/extended hours, weekends, and travel full‑time. • Basic experience reading plans and specifications (preferred) and strong time‑management skills. • Collaborative work style, able to endure outdoor elements and lift up to 50 lb. • Pass background check and drug screening.
