About the Role
You will act as a strategic business partner, overseeing all functional accounting and control activities such as forecasting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis, while developing robust processes and ensuring full compliance with internal audit and regulatory standards. Success requires quickly mastering plant processes, methodologies, and the key drivers of financial performance, as well as influencing all organizational levels and clearly communicating financial information to senior leadership and non‑finance team members. • Lead a finance and accounting team of six professionals. • Oversee forecasting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis. • Develop and enforce strong accounting processes and internal controls. • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements. • Serve as a strategic business partner, influencing senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. • Communicate financial performance insights clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
