We are looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer (Mech Tech) in Pune, India. The role involves working with cross‑functional teams within and outside the organization to drive design objectives for sustaining products. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 3–6 years of experience in panel and bus designs (MV/LV). The position requires knowledge of IEC/UL standards, 3D modelling, PLM and ERP systems, project management, the ability to work in a virtual environment, and strong communication skills. • Experience working with cross‑functional teams to drive design objectives for sustaining products • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • 3–6 years of experience in panel and bus design (MV/LV) • Knowledge of IEC/UL standards and 3D modelling • Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems • Project management skills and ability to work in a virtual environment • Strong communication skills
