About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and is integral to the make‑ready turnover and resident service functions. • Perform routine, corrective, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Conduct make‑ready turnover tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct safety hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards. • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory monitoring and hazard communication programs. • Document service requests, maintenance activities, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident communication and policy enforcement. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours coverage as needed.
