Operate and maintain robotic total stations, GNSS units, and 3D laser scanners for construction projects.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Coordinates with site surveyor and general contractor as needed to establish and maintain project control. • Ensures that tools are maintained and calibrated, including updating software as needed and coordinating necessary repairs. • Performs layout work on projects as needed. • Performs 3D laser scanning for the creation of point clouds. • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. • Works with Project Manager, Constructability Manager, and Superintendent to determine where use of RTS and 3D scanning will benefit the project and establishes equipment and operator needs.
