About the Role
• Translate business requirements into Power BI data models and interactive dashboards. • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Write, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and DAX queries. • Build and document data warehouse schemas, charts, and algorithmic relationships. • Optimize existing BI systems and ETL processes for performance. • Use SQL queries to extract and refine data for analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data needs and educate non-technical users. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across enterprise BI platforms. • Architect comprehensive data solutions aligned with business goals. • Manage organization-wide Power BI application deployment and ongoing upgrades.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI analytics solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. The role involves creating data models, developing interactive dashboards, and ensuring data integrity using Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query. Candidates must possess strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, along with deep expertise in Power BI technology. The position operates primarily in a professional office setting, requiring regular use of standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees must meet typical office physical demands and reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline. • 3–6 years of senior-level Power BI development experience. • 5–8 years of Power BI team-lead experience (for leadership roles).
