About the Role

The Receiving Associate will manage inbound inventory, ensuring items are accurately counted, stored, and recorded in the system. The role involves coordinating with vendors and purchasing to resolve delivery issues and maintain proper documentation. Additional duties are performed as needed. • Receive, count, and store incoming items. • Record receipt data using company software. • Identify and report short or incorrect shipments. • Communicate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues. • Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas. • Coordinate with purchasing to track shortages and late deliveries. • File purchase orders according to company policy.

What You Bring

Candidates typically have 0‑2 years of experience and may have prior forklift operation and familiarity with sales order software such as Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products is valuable, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. • Pack, unpack, and label stock accurately. • 0–2 years of relevant experience required. • Forklift operation experience preferred. • Experience with sales order software (e.g., Oracle) preferred. • Knowledge of construction and industrial products. • Spanish language proficiency a plus.
