Job Highlights
About the Role
• Sweep, mop, and clean interior floors using manual and commercial equipment. • Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines, including attachments. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trims, light fixtures and perform high‑dusting. • Clean interior windows, glass panels, and door trims; wash interior walls as needed. • Maintain restrooms by cleaning surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting defects. • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow and ice from entrances and walkways when required. • Follow instructions, work with minimal supervision and cooperate as part of a team. • Use cleaning tools safely, demonstrate attention to detail, and sustain high energy and endurance.

Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $14.45 to $17.00, with pay determined by location, experience, collective bargaining status and other eligibility factors. Eligible employees may enroll in health, vision, dental, flexible spending, health savings, retirement, life and disability insurance plans, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
