About the Role
The Mechanical Design Specialist (Revit/BIM) will work within a specific discipline under the supervision of an architect, engineer, or other technical professional. The role supports the development and delivery of the discipline model, ensuring accurate BIM elements, detailed drawings, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Model BIM elements and discipline components accurately using Revit and related 3D software. • Develop and maintain the discipline model, including coordinates, scales, orientations, and view sheets. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams, and produce annotated documentation. • Assist digital design staff in creating and delivering discipline‑specific content.

What You Bring
• Technical degree or minimum of 3 years related industry experience. • Proficiency with 3D design software, BIM coordination tools, and document management systems. • Strong Microsoft Office skills and effective communication abilities. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and an intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
