About the Role
You will ensure all activities are carried out safely, adhering to Clarion’s policies and procedures while embedding a customer‑focused approach. Predominantly site‑based, you will supervise and monitor a team of Trade Operatives, providing guidance on best practice and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. • Lead and manage a front‑line operational team of Trade Operatives, ensuring safe, customer‑focused service. • Supervise site work, provide guidance on best practice, and enforce health and safety standards. • Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs across specified trades within set timeframes.

What You Bring
