What You Bring

IES Residential (IESR) is seeking a dynamic Plumbing Field Instructor to join the Education Center in Stafford, Texas. The role aims to empower the next generation of skilled professionals through hands‑on instruction and mentorship. Ideal candidates will hold a journeyman or master plumbing license and possess a comprehensive understanding of all phases of residential construction. • Hold a valid journeyman, tradesman, or master plumbing license. • Minimum five years of plumbing experience with strong residential construction knowledge. • Experience as a crew lead on residential new‑construction projects (preferred). • Prior teaching or training experience with demonstrated communication ability (preferred). • Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and commitment to student success. • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse student backgrounds. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple training sessions and assessments.
