About the Role

The Project Manager will supervise project planning, coordinate site contractors, and ensure all work meets satisfactory standards. They will oversee fit‑out works, including interior fixings and equipment, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. In this role the manager is responsible for the full spectrum of real estate project delivery—execution, scheduling, procurement, quality, and risk management—from planning and design through construction, occupancy and closeout. They will read and apply contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys and drawings, conduct RFPs, perform bid analysis, and recommend qualified resources. The manager will lead the project team, implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, maintain accurate documentation, track progress against budget and timeline, and manage change requests and risk mitigation. • Supervise project planning, site contractors, and fit‑out works to ensure quality standards. • Manage execution, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects from design to closeout. • Interpret contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, and drawings to guide project delivery. • Conduct RFP processes, perform bid analysis, and recommend qualified resources to clients. • Lead project teams, facilitate meetings, and implement communication plans with written reports and minutes. • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. • Track progress against budget and timeline, report status, and handle variances. • Implement change management, assess impact of change requests, obtain client approval, and issue change orders. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and execute risk reduction actions. • Provide formal training and mentorship to team members and supervise lower‑level employees.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a BE or Diploma in Civil or MEP engineering and possess ten or more years of experience in interior fit‑outs with multinational clients, architectural firms, or MEP consultants/contractors. Prior experience with IPC, cost consulting, or design firms is required for direct reporting duties. Technical awareness of civil, electromechanical and architectural works, strong organizational and motivational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. • Hold a BE or Diploma in Civil/MEP engineering with 10+ years of interior fit‑out experience for MNC clients. • Possess prior experience with IPC, cost consulting, or design firms for direct reporting responsibilities. • Demonstrate technical knowledge of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works. • Exhibit strong organizational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
