About the Role

The APS-3 Production Control Clerk – Facilities Coordinator position supports KBR’s management of Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion in Charleston and aboard ship. KBR’s APS-3 program, based in Goose Creek, maintains Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, and IX stocks to ensure optimal readiness for emergency download and issue to operating units. The contract also provides limited maintenance and supply support aboard ship and logistical support for other Army programs as required. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee daily facility operations, promoting a safe, efficient, and functional environment for customers and employees. This role requires proactive issue identification, task prioritization, and management of multiple projects, with strong verbal and written communication for interaction with customers, staff, and sub-contractors. Work is primarily office‑based but includes on‑site inspections and emergency response for facilities or grounds. • Act as liaison between customer and corporate on facilities projects and concerns. • Create, maintain, and update SOPs, forms, and maps. • Attend meetings and share information with management. • Arrange and escort sub‑contractors; request maintenance or quotes. • Coordinate urgent or priority work requests with the maintenance support team. • Conduct weekly facility inspections and submit repair requests. • Perform timekeeper duties as needed. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Maintain knowledge of current contract holders for efficient repair and housekeeping requests. • Work in indoor and outdoor non‑climate‑controlled environments.

What You Bring

• U.S. citizen with a valid passport and ability to obtain a CAC and local base access. • Valid state driver’s license. • High school diploma (college education preferred). • Minimum 2 years related facilities experience. • Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and understand basic utilities and facility systems. • Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic office automation. • Stand 4–6 hrs/day, walk 4–5 hrs/day. • Lift up to 35 lbs; squat, kneel, bend, reach, climb periodically. • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred. • At least 1 year coordinating a comparable facilities program. • Experience with G‑Army, training, coaching, and employee performance management. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
