About the Role
The position is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that provides wayfinding assistance and general transportation information while supporting interior campus lot operations for a high‑volume corporate shuttle serving 20,000 Boeing employees daily. Working primarily outdoors, the specialist assists with crowd control, traffic flow, and customer service within a 24/7 transportation network. • Maintain optimal service levels with transportation leadership • Assist crowd control and direct traffic in interior campus parking • Deliver excellent customer service to Boeing employees and visitors • Support Transportation Field Supervisors with daily operational tasks • Report operational issues and safety concerns promptly • Keep service areas clean and organized • Communicate effectively with team members and on‑site vendors • Work outdoors in varied weather conditions for most of the shift

What You Bring
• Adapt to varying shift demands and operational priorities • 1+ years of customer service experience • Valid driver’s license • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Remain calm and professional in high‑traffic, fast‑paced environments • Flexible to work across different shifts; reliable attendance • Experience in transportation, parking, or crowd management (preferred) • Background in corporate campus or large facility environments (preferred) • Familiarity with safety and incident reporting procedures (preferred) • Bilingual communication abilities (preferred) • Location: On‑site, North Charleston, SC; no visa sponsorship
