About the Role
Your key focus will be to respond to first‑line systems support requests, inspect and resolve SAP system issues, and investigate problems raised by the Payroll Operations team. You will gather business requirements to enable system changes for various payroll stakeholders. • Troubleshoot time‑critical SAP Time and Payroll issues, offering resolution or work‑around to ensure timely payroll processing on pay day. • Provide quality first‑level support to payroll teams. • Manage assigned tickets in accordance with SLAs. • Liaise with payroll business stakeholders to understand and analyse requirements. • Produce clear, concise business requirement documentation for the IT Technical Support team. • Provide clear business requirements to the Test Team and support testing as needed. • Ensure high accuracy for system administration, support, and maintenance in SAP and Quintiq payroll systems. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase payroll system efficiency. • Work for an ASX‑listed company and industry market leaders.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to provide SAP Payroll System Support, with direct experience processing end‑to‑end SAP payroll. You will join a team responsible for delivering high‑quality, robust, timely, and efficient system changes to SAP and Quintiq, ensuring employee payments are free of system errors. Experience in a similar role or processing end‑to‑end payroll in SAP Payroll is essential, and knowledge of Quintiq or similar tools such as Kronos for payroll time‑sheet management is desirable. • Access professional development programs, memberships, and industry networks.
