What You Bring

This hybrid position requires candidates to work on-site at the Lombard, IL office three days a week. The Account Associate I (AA) serves as a primary contact for WM's small and medium business customers and operates within a team‑based queue. The role focuses on retaining and expanding the team's book of business through inbound call handling and proactive outreach, aiming to prevent cancellations and secure updated contract agreements by using effective retention strategies, negotiation skills, and alignment with WM's growth objectives. Required qualifications are a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of business‑to‑business account management, inside sales, or customer service experience that includes a sales component. Preferred qualifications are not specified. Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $24.00‑$24.50 per hour, with eligibility for monthly commission.
