About the Role

The Senior Mechanic will lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal building operations across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, blending hands‑on technical work with supervisory duties while emphasizing preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and staff development. • Supervise maintenance service requests and lead a team of mechanics • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire/life safety equipment • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and programs • Train and mentor junior mechanics on procedures and safety protocols • Conduct regular building rounds, monitor system readings, and maintain engineering logs • Coordinate warranty work and installations with contractors, managing relationships and inventories • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hazardous material handling, and emergency response procedures

What You Bring
