About the Role
As a Sales Gallery Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive environment while supporting the Sales team. You will manage tour information in the Chorus system, assign guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation, handle incoming telephone calls, and keep the Sales Galleries well‑maintained. • Greet guests courteously to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Update the Chorus system with tour information and assign guests to Sales Executives per the sales rotation. • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls for the Sales Gallery. • Maintain the appearance and organization of Sales Galleries. • Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.
