Automate and improve quality/test processes, databases, and reporting in manufacturing.

About the Role
To improve and automate processes related to quality, test, and maintenance. Integration and standardization of Excel sheets, Access databases, and SharePoint applications with a focus to reduce non‑value‑added activities, improve process efficiency, response time and reporting capabilities. • Automate key quality and test processes. • Develop and update existing databases with required features. • Reduce number of Excel sheets to avoid redundancy and duplication of efforts. • Contribute actively to improve test database, FPY (first pass yield), rework, MRB and incoming inspection processes for proactive detection of quality issues. • Automate generation of key internal, customer and supplier related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Develop a semi‑automated internal auditing system. • Identify and document process flows and ensure files are updated with corresponding details.

What You Bring
• Currently enrolled in and returning to a college diploma or university degree program. • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in macros and Minitab. • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Access database, Office 365, and PowerPoint. • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and time management. • Demonstrated ability to work safely on multiple projects in a manufacturing environment. • Good problem‑solving, programming, database management, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
