About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues—including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—while maintaining interior and exterior areas to company standards and compliance requirements. Benefits

Compensation includes a base pay of $19‑$22 per hour, up to a 50% rent discount, shared renewal commissions, quarterly Morgan Essentials payments, on‑call appreciation, medical, dental, vision benefits, a 401(k) match, and generous paid time off including holidays and sick leave.
