About the Role

The Global Operations Enablement Director will lead operational excellence, transformation, and governance across service delivery functions in Canada, the United States, Latin America, and Asia‑Pacific, leveraging JLL’s global platform, technology, and resources to ensure seamless operations in diverse markets. In this strategic role you will oversee account governance, drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder communications across time zones, lead global teams, and champion technology and innovation initiatives that support regulatory compliance and data quality worldwide. • Manage quarterly business reviews and provide strategic oversight across global regions. • Coordinate account planning and execution spanning multiple geographic markets. • Ensure data quality assurance, monitoring, and governance globally. • Drive process consistency and standardization across all service delivery functions. • Oversee contract compliance and management across multiple jurisdictions. • Lead continuous improvement and transformational change programs. • Execute client strategies in partnership with Account Executives worldwide. • Manage internal and external communications across global time zones. • Direct business intelligence, data analytics, and insights delivery globally. • Optimize the Azara platform, enhance data quality, and drive AI adoption across regions. • Partner with client technology organizations to evolve global operations. • Support large‑scale, account‑wide projects and develop clear business cases. • Provide strategic counsel to leadership while maintaining project oversight. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in Canada, the US, LATAM, and APAC. • Lead and mentor cross‑regional functional teams, fostering seamless integration.
