About the Role

The role oversees daily execution of strategic initiatives, leads high‑priority projects, and builds Excel‑based dashboards that inform executive decision‑making. It also prepares briefing materials for senior leadership and facilitates collaboration across departments to manage dependencies and ensure accountability. • Oversee daily execution of strategic initiatives, align with goals, and ensure timely milestone delivery. • Manage follow‑ups, track KPIs, and remove blockers to support the CTO. • Lead or support planning and execution of high‑priority projects, maintaining project plans and stakeholder communication. • Coordinate across departments to ensure accountability and progress. • Build and maintain Excel‑based dashboards for operational performance and strategic alignment. • Consolidate data, create visualizations, and support executive decision‑making using Excel. • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑ups for executive meetings. • Facilitate cross‑department collaboration and proactively manage dependencies. • Provide excellent health care (medical, dental, vision) starting day 1.

What You Bring

The Director of IT Operational Planning will act as a strategic and operational partner to the CTO and executive leadership, driving execution across cross‑functional initiatives. This role requires a strong operational mindset, disciplined project management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights using Excel and PowerPoint. The position is based in Orlando, FL, with a hybrid work model. This full‑time hybrid role in Orlando requires a BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of experience in operations, project management, or strategic planning. Desired skills include advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), strong communication, multitasking in fast‑paced settings, and experience working with executive leadership; PMP certification is a plus. • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards) and PowerPoint for executive presentations. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments. • Experience working with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. • PMP or similar certification is a plus. • BA/BS degree required; 10+ years in operations, project management, or strategic planning.
