About the Role

The Property Manager for multifamily communities ensures that each property is maintained to a market‑ready standard while delivering high‑level service to residents and prospects. The role combines operational oversight with team leadership, driving performance across leasing, maintenance, and customer service functions. • Oversee all community operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. • Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork in accordance with company standards. • Track and evaluate advertising performance and client traffic. • Develop, mentor, and manage high‑performing teams across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management functions. • Drive revenue through market analysis and creative marketing programs. • Supervise day‑to‑day on‑site team operations and enforce company policies and procedures. • Interview, hire, and coach staff; maintain resident files; resolve conflicts promptly; and manage community budgets and finances. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation for general office, bookkeeping, and sales tasks. • Set leasing goals, improve staff performance, and manage team dynamics.

The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between sites, accounting for up to 15% of time. Physical demands include standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, as well as navigating staircases and outdoor conditions. • Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills. • Possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a Real Estate license (preferred). • Bring 3+ years of property management experience and 3+ years of management experience.
