About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Operator I you will work at one of WM’s recycling facilities, operating bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders. Your role is essential to the site’s operations and is recognized for its impact on safety and efficiency. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate logs. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance. • Work independently, taking accountability for safety guidelines.

What You Bring

The position requires physical coordination, occasional handling of objects under 30 lb, and exposure to typical landfill conditions such as dirt, noise and weather extremes.
