What You Bring

If you desire to be part of something special, to be part of a winning team, to be part of a fun team—winning is fun. We are looking for senior talents who are experts in the field of Electronics Hardware Design. Candidates should hold a B‑Tech, BE, ME, MTech or PhD in Electrical/Electronics with 6‑8 years of academic study and over 8 years of industry experience. A proven track record in engineering research, analysis and product design for HV/LV DC‑AC inverters and DC‑DC converters is essential. The role involves new product development and full‑cycle hardware system design, covering analog and digital circuit design with 16/32/64‑bit microcontrollers, as well as development, verification, validation, qualification, certification testing and launch support. Hands‑on experience with digital communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, RS‑232, SPI and I²C, and proficiency in tools including MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice/LTspice, Simetrix, PSIM and SABER are required. Additional expertise in pulsed power, capacitor chargers, electromagnetics, microelectronics, thermal design, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulation is preferred. The candidate must apply DFSS tools—FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo analysis—and have deep familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety, reliability for embedded systems, and quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Strong problem‑solving abilities, an analysis‑first mindset, excellent communication, and a drive for results are required. The role also demands building strong customer relationships, delivering customer‑centric solutions, and providing visible technical leadership to guide, coach and develop a high‑performing project team. • 8+ years of industry experience in HV/LV power electronics and inverter/converter design. • Utilize tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice/LTspice, Simetrix, PSIM, and SABER.
